Chocolate and arounds
13 x 4,5 x 8 cm.
Cocoa powder, acidity regulator: potassium carbonate, vanillin
4 cups preparation: 60 gr. cocoa powder containing added:
500 gr. fresh milk, 20 g starch, 100 gr sugar.
Method: stir milk and sugar and add the sifted cocoa along with starch. Bring to boil until desired consistency.
