In: cocoa powder, acidity regulator: potassium carbonate, vanillin
4 cups preparation: 350 g water, 250 g milk, 100 g cocoa powder, 60 gr sugar.
Cook over low heat, stirring continuously for about 6/8 minutes.
To make 4 cups: 350 gr of water, 250 gr of milk, 100 gr of cocoa powder,
60 gr. sugar.Â Cook on a low heat for 6/8 minutes, mixing all the time.
